I haven't blogged in a while because I've been really busy accomplishing stuff. I wrote a while back about how I was reconfiguring my house. I turned my stepson's old bedroom into my eBay office. It's big enough for me to do all aspects of my eBay work there...photography, listing, storage, and packing. It's great! My old office wasn't big enough for me to accomplish all of this.
Now that I've moved my eBay business out of my old home office, I'm turning it into a mosaic studio. I'm really thrilled to have a great place to do this work, which I love. It is a perfect location. The room has a door that opens to a deck, so I can work both inside and outside. I also put up a canopy over the deck so I can break plates, varnish pots, etc., regardless of the weather. I have a hose hooked up outside, and I also have access to water inside because there's a bathroom right next to the studio. It's ideal!
Today I went out for breakfast with my daughter and my best friend at a fun country mall that has lots of antique stores. I found a cute little table to mosaic, and a great 1950s kitchen table to use as my mosaic studio work table. AND my super big delicious breakfast was 525 calories and will keep me full until dinner time. Life is good!
