The end of Bootcamp.

Today marks the end of bootcamp. Going into this, I was hopeful it would be exactly what I needed to finish my weight loss and tone up. Well, bootcamp has turned out to be a little disappointing to me. I religiously followed each video everyday, did much more cardio than was required and completed all but one of the optional challenges (it was to post a midway blog). So today, I end bootcamp frustrated and disappointed. Below you will find my ending stats.

Weight: 122.6
Waist: 28"
Hips: 33.5"
Bicep (left): 9"
Thigh (left): 18"

    I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. I didn't have much success either, I quit the group about half way through. You're at a healthy weight though, so don't be hard on yourself!!
