I have readjusted my Calorie Goal to be for the weight of 117 which is my "ideal weight" according to the charts for my height of 5'1.5" with a large frame. So this is now the number I aim to eat daily, 1823 calories.
Since I burn 300+ calories daily, I feel quite safe going up to 2000 daily.
So far it is working with a very small weight change daily!
**edit 6/6: My weight climbed up to 125.8 but then it started coming down again. Today 124.4 so I am on the move! I also walked 6.5 miles this morning! First time for such a long walk! Cathy said, "do you want to go to the mile marker?" and since we tease each other daily I returned, "I will if you will," but today she meant it! So we added another 1/2 mile!! And survived!! Feels great!
