I have decided to try mindful eating to get more of a handle on this wanting to eat when I'm just bored. I am starting to be ok not eating in front of the tv and if I do I make sure it's measured first and in my calorie limits. So far today I'm doing ok with mindful eating, if I think I'm hungry I'll drink some water and really think "Am I hungry or am I just bored".
Exercise is going well, I walked about 2 miles this morning. I put my 18 mo son in his stroller and start going, I'm hoping for another 2 later on. I love to be able to get outside and get in the exercise. I'm glad I don't really struggle with that.
