so far i have been eating good, staying within my calorie range and working out. i need to stay of the damn scales everyday though because the one i have right now is never right and just discouraging. i am super excited about the biggest loser challenge and really hope i am on a team! the message boards are really confusing to me. also, i am looking for some support, i have joined teams but maybe a friend or two on here would help :)
