Seems this wekend, Saturday especially, I fell off the calorie wacthing wagon. I petsit, and did someone a favor by doing an overnight stay with her senior dog. I became quite bored in between times to carry him out--he is crippled---so I ran down the street and got some goodies. At first I was good, and bought a Kashi dinner, not bad, but I needed a snack. I went for sorbet or such, but I stopped when I saw the pies. I remebered that the Mrs' Smiths cobblers are veg, but instead garbbed a Sara Lee quarter pie, real fruit at least, but loads of sugar and carbs. Instead of stopping at one piece, I ate two. At least I washed it down with water. I gave the rest to my BF, told him to eat it or I would throw it out. Next time I will have some premade snacks, and low calorie also.
