I've always multi-tasked. Some activities are so mindless, it's easy to do something else. Wait in line and do calf raises and pulsing squats and stretches. Blow dry my hair and brush my teeth. Watch TV and lift weights or walk in place. Wash dishes and do deep squats. And so forth.

I am proud to announce that I have mastered the calf-raise/pulsing squat hair blow dry combo. I have enough time for 2 sets 50 reps of calf raises and then 2 - 50 of pulsing squats while I quick dry my hair in the morning.

Cute hair. Strong shapely legs. What else do you need?
