Well, here I am again, my once a month entry... I have been absent from SP, not so much because I have let my diet go to pot, but rather because this site is so addicting. I spend way too much time on it and don't get my work done.
I have lost a few pounds since my all time high. Trying to make good choices. Trying to get my new natural thyroid medication at the correct dosage. Aches and pains abound, and affect exercising. Knees are so sore. going to see a new chiro that does accupuncture. Maybe that will help. But, I know full well that losing weight is the most important thing right now.
Food allergy elimination diet was followed until I realized that my thyroid issue and hashimotos is not helping any.. I am trying to eat less inflammatory foods and more of the anti inflammatory foods. I will start counting my calories, because although what I read says that if I eat mostly anti foods weight will peel off....I doubt that.
So, back to the nutrition tracker....
