I woke up this morning a little anxious to get on the scale. I have been working really hard the past week to stay on track with my calorie intake and making sure I walk at least 45mins. per day. But in the back of my mind I carried that self doubt, " you just didn't do enough this week to make a difference."
I am happy to report however, that I did do things right. I lost 5.5 lbs. this past week!
This was definitely the positive results I needed to see to have faith in myself that I can accomplish my weight loss goals and become a healthier, more active person.
I want to keep seeing that number on the scale go down, it was the best feeling I have experienced in a while that improved my self esteem. So Kudos to me! :)
