This week was the beginning of three summer challenges. One is the "8-Week Battle #4" (May 25 - Jul 20). The second one is "Summer 2009 Challenge" (May 26 - Jul 20). The third is Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred". Yesterday, I started my first challenge at 189.4 lbs. This is a 5 pound weight gain from the previous 8 or so days. Today I weighed in at 187.2 lbs. I want that 5 pound weight gain OFF by Monday (June 1st). You think I'm playing? No siree buddy! I have been consistently working out for two months, but still haven't gotten my eating under control. I'm hoping this will be easier now since my husband just told me last night that he wants to start eating healthier b/c he's starting to feel chunky. It's about time you join the team sweet thang! I hope he'll stick to it.
I did take "before" pictures. Will I post them? HECK NO! I'm not that brave. LOL My thighs were insane! I had no idea they looked so sloppy! I can't wait to see the after photos. My goal is to be down to 165 lbs by Jul 20th.
My weigh in's are Monday's. I will weigh-in then to report in the forums, but my OFFICIAL sparkpeople weigh in is on Fridays. That is when I update my "ticker".
