30 day deadline!

I have 30 days before my 28th birthday and I want to treat myself with some Glamour Shots. Of course I want to slim down first right? Well I'm setting a goal to drop 10 lbs before that date. To do that, I will continue to workout but now, every day...no excuses!! Zumba or TaeBo or both. An weather permitting, I can go walking, the hills in my apartment complex are ridiculous!! And I have to get more disciplined with my late eating..I actually had an apple for a late night snack last night emoticon. I read a article that bascially said to put fruits like right in front of oyur face...well I've done it and Ive actually been temepted to eat the fruit before anything else. Anywho..I'm almost done with breakfast so 'll be getting ready to workout here soon..Thanks for listening, Ayanna
