Any Suggestions

I had a C-Section 3 months ago, I also had a tubialigation. Every time I try to exercise I feel cramps were I had the c-section. Do anyone have any suggestions

    Are you concentrating on your abs or are you just working out? Maybe you should start slow and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your work outs. Your insides may still be completing the healing process.
