I am leaving my goal as 119 but I am satisfied with 125 so I decided to change up my calorie range to stay at 125. I think I can be happy with 1730-2080 calories.
But, I am going to try to eat the calories daily for 119 pounds! 1836 daily plus whatever calories I am burning. This will still give me 2000+ calories to eat daily and allow my body to become accustomed to the proper range and maybe even still drop a pound or six.
I went back up to 125 from 123 this past week but I measured today and I have lost inches everywhere. On average 1/2" in arms, thighs, calves, waist, hips and bust. So the strength training is obviously taking some effect on my body.
I am back up to 5+ miles for my morning walk and want to go back to the WATP videos as I really think my body seemed to feel and look better with the shrinkage. And they are just so much fun!
As I learn about Maintenance, I will share the information. I have heard a few tell me it is difficult but I prefer to go into this with an open mind and positive thinking. If I could lose 85 lbs, I can certainly learn how to keep it off.
