What a beautiful sunny day! Today, I will bike for 30 minutes with 5 minute walking intervals going uphill. I haven't biked in 35 years, this makes me a little nervous but I am looking forward to being able to bike around town. Like walking, I will start slowly and add time and intensity as the days go by. I am at a little plateau with my weight loss right now but I will get passed it. I love sparkpeople.
