Goals

Today was the one chosen for me to meet my weight loss goal. I did not; I am not dissappointed. It has been incredible since last June, when these goals were made. I have lost 30 lbs, and only have gained back one pound. I have lost over 2 inches from my neck, and 7-8 inches from my waist and hips. Getting to a 35 inch waist is a goal. I have made steady changes with my diet, and am definitely eating more healthy than 1 year ago. My challenge n0w is to steadily increase the days that I spend exercising, esp. the cardio aspect. There is so much more to come!

    You have the right attitude. You are making progress so it isn't a problem if you didn't actually make a goal that you set a long time ago. Sometimes, setting these goals can get us depressed so just remember you are doing great!
