1st Entry: Day 10

This is my first entry since I've started the program and I'm off to a great start. I have been walking and trying to lose weight for a while now but I keep losing and then gaining it back. I thought it might help if I had a little encouragement on the way. This is day 10 for me and I did lose 1 pound. That's 1 more than0!!
I think I'll do better next week. As of today I am really enjoying this website and I have no complaints.
