Working overnight sucks!
I have had to work overnight all this week and needless to say I don't like it. I was doing so well with my diet and exercise and now I am off track. My sleeping is totally out of whack as you can imagine. I usually take a nap when I get home but so many things are going on in the world that it is hard to sleep. The sun is shining, the phone ringing, dogs barking etc. As far as diet, some days I don't know if I am eating calories for today, tomorrow or yesterday.
In a couple of weeks I will be working overnight for at least a month. Oh joy.

My husband works nights also at times, and the one thing he knows or has told me is that he has to do it, even when he doesn't feel like it, I admire him for that! For sleeping during the day, we bought black curtains from K-Mart that are to help block out the light so that he can sleep during the day. He makes sure that before he starts to relax after work, he does his work out right away before eating and getting ready for bed. Maybe this will help.

I know what you mean. I hate when your sleeping pattern gets all messed up and you do not know how to track things. I always kind of have said just do it by the time if its midnight well its the next day.
