Here is my "week" fitness goal list but I'm coming in late this week!! I didn't have internet at home this week it wasn't working. :(
BEGINNING OF WEEK GOALS: So far my week has been lazy!! NOT GOOD!! I haven't been feeling good because I've been off my thyroid meds and I'm now feeling the effects. :( All I want to do is sleep! But it's no excuse, I have to push through it. Also I need to exercise MORE when not on my meds because my body's not metabolizing!!! I've already gained a few lbs back this week!!
So for the rest of this week, my goals are:
1. Pick up my thyroid meds!!! (I just got paid so I should finally be able to do this!!)
2. And get in some good workouts the days i have left in this week to make up for the lost days!!
3. Eat really well because my body's not metabolizing.
DAY: Thu May 21
Intention: Pilates and Cardio (probably row machine!)
Follow-up: Came home and was so tired I really didn't feel up to doing anything but take a nap. :(
DAY: Fri May 22 Cardio- Eliptical, Swimming, or maybe bike to the beach.
Follow-up: Still didn't go, I got some really bad news and was still feeling so tired I just didn't find the extra motivation. But I did pick up my thyroid meds so I don't feel like this anymore!!
DAY: Sat May 23
Intention: Ride my bike to the gym in the morning and do some Cardio and core/ upper body strength (if I'm not too sore still from pilates!!)
Follow-up: Did it!! I was still tired and had to push myself to go, but I ate a healthy breakfast, took my thyroid med, rode my bike to the gym and did 15 mins cardio on the rowing machine and then 15 mins on the eliptical and then some core exercises.
