I FIND I THINK ABOUT FOOD TO MUCH. I HOPE TO ADJUST THIS MIND SET. MY GOAL IS TO LET FOOD INTO MY MIND ONLY WHEN I AM REALLY HUNGRY.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN HUNGRY, I MAY NOT HAVE HAD WHAT I THOUGHT I WANTED BUT I HAD FOOD TO EAT.
