I am so not a fruit person. Not sure why that may be the case, but it is. I thought I'd try it again since I am on the fastbreak stage and am supposed to eat something fresh daily. OMG, not a good idea--was OK at first then had to force the 2nd half down so I didn't waste.

I guess I was meant to be a vege, lol. The occasional fruit cut into my vegetable salad will have to work for me.

  I love fruit but I throw it in smoothies etc. So funny ,never heard of someon eliking veggies more than fruit! Thanks fo rthe blog comment. Think you could send me some modified Korean Food recipes? I like maangchi.com for recipes but they are authentic so lots of sodium. emoticon

    I love fruit, but can only have it once per day.

Tossing into your salad would be a great idea. What about chicken salad, with grapes and celery...easy on the mayo.

    I am not a fruit person too much either, so I make mine into smoothies and that really has worked for me to get more fruit in. If you like smoothies lol!
