A really good week

I had a really good week. I had some good workouts, drank lots of water, ate lots of healthy food, and I'm feeling great. The number on the scale hasn't budged in days, but I'm sure that's because I've been doing a lot of strength training and am building muscles!

I can't wait to have a strong and sexy body.

    You sure will have that.
I have two 10# Kettlebells and was looking on YOUTUBE for exercises. Boy, it is amazing some of the healthy bodies people have. It is just all the HARD WORK it takes to get back in shape once you have gotten out of it.
