Ok, so since I have started my new job, I haven't been able to stick to my diet and exercise plans as much as I would like. If we have time to eat lunch it is usually at a resturant or eating at a fast food resturant which I have been pretty good for sticking to the healthier options but it isn't that easy. I have not had enough time in the evenings or mornings to do much in the way of my strength training, but the upside is at work I am doing a lot of walking around so that takes care of my cardio most days. I am hoping that once I get a little more settled in I can get into a better and healthier routine. I was impressed today however when I got on the treadmill and was able to jogging and walking intervals for 40 minutes! I couldn't do 10 minutes before I started sparks. I really need someone to kick me in the butt to get back on track.
