Slowing down a bit

So as it gets closer to finals and the sun is out and I am super busy all the time, I've found I'm just not able to spend as much time as the gym as I used to. I'm still working out every day, but I'm burning a lot less calories than I was 3 weeks ago. But I decided that it's healthier for me to lower my nutrition calorie range to a more sensible (not over 2,000 calories) and lower my fitness calorie range (3000 a week instead of 4500).

I'm at the end of the stage 2 and part of it is reviewing my habits, and I think this plan will be more do-able for a longer period of time.

    Oh for sure girl. You did need to slow down a little. But don't worry about the gym, instead try to find other ways to burn calories outside of the gym. And don't worry you're doing awesome!

    I agree adjusting your calorie intake is a good thing until your back into your regular routine.....great job recognizing the change needs to be made.
