Fell off the wagon, now I'm running to catch up to it.

It's been a rough week. Quitting smoking has not been going so well. I'm down to only a couple a day though.
Found out I have pre-cancerous cells in my cervix, and have to have another procedure to have all of the pre-cancerous cells removed. Didn't like the first procedure, pretty sure this one isn't any better.
Also a friend passed away this week. She was only in her forties, and had a massive heart attack. All the more reason I should be more motivated to get healthy, but all of the stress is making it hard not to smoke and binge.
Yesterday was my Math final. I think I did alright. I hope I did anyhow.
So overall, this week was a down point. Today though I packed a healthy lunch and some fruits and veggies for snacks, got my water bottle handy, and have a quick walk planned for break time (with someone who holds me accountable :) ).
Wish me luck.

Thanks for the support ladies! It's much appreciated. I do get the day of the surgery and the next day off. So a little rest at least. emoticon

I had the cryosurgery in my 20s as well. It wasn't fun, but it did get rid of the cells. Cramping was bad, as was post-surgery leaking, but I'd do it again in a second if I had to. Good luck to you, and hope you can rest this weekend?

Stay strong. Sounds like a rough week. Think of your goals. I had cryotherapy on my cervix when I was in my twenties and it is not too bad except for some nasty cramping. Hope all goes well.
