I've been noticing this week that I've had some ups and downs in the motivation department. I haven't gone over my calories at all, but I haven't been eating as many fruits and veggies as I would like, and I haven't' been working out a lot this week. I took two days off of actual work outs, and just counted my walking around a lot both those days (because I was walking around a lot haha) as my fitness, which doesn't really feel right to me.
I know that two days off of from the gym isn't bad, that it won't kill me, but it makes me worried when I too easily find reasons not to work out.
I've also not been on my normal schedule AT all this week in terms of sleeping. My normal days are: Wake up at 8, SP it up for about 30-45 minutes, have breakfast, do some wii fit, go to class, come home for lunch break, go back to class, head to the gym, and then come home to cook dinner, then relax with the boyfriend.
My schedule lately has been more: Wake up at 9:30, grab some quick food, head to class, come home for lunch, go back to class, have my friend come over after class, watch horrible tv, think about going to the gym, think about cooking dinner, find other things to eat so when it's time to cook dinner I'm not hungry, etc. etc.
I've just got to get back into the groove of things a bit. But today I woke up at 8:10, which is closer to my normal, and spent some time on here, so maybe I'll be able to throw in a quick wii fit work out before heading off to school.
