So, it's Tuesday night. it's been about a week since I hit the wall and decided that's it. Four months until my birthday (09/09/09, I LOVE IT!), with a new goal to lose 20 pounds. Starting weight on 5/9/09 was 187.6.
I've been drinking 100+ ounces of water, except for the start day, since that was the Komen run, and it's hard to drink and run at the same time :-) Food intake has been good, with a few workout days included. I'm really being very aware and conscious of what I'm doing.
I (almost) can't wait for weigh-in day so I can see how I did.
