Starting Week 2

So Saturday we did our weigh ins and I lost 6.8 pounds!! I was excited! I guess that the 3 hour mowing the lawn session helped!! I am noticing that the food intake is not my problem!! Its the laziness!!! So this week is all about getting moving!!! Hope that I can get it under control!!

    emoticon Hi Its ME!! Great Job - 1 week down - I too was happy with a 3.6 lb loss... perhaps if I wasn't on the sideline - I would have done better. I TOO can be lazy - that's SOOOO apparent. Your giving me motivation - don't give up on me! emoticon

    thats my issue too. I can easily eat good food, I really have no problem avoiding junk food because my boyfriend is very athletic and my son has no choice but to eat what we buy lol. It's making the choice to get up off of the damn couch and do something!
