I am really enjoying the nutrition and fitness trackers. I have found it very informing and surprising. Now that I realize how much that extra snack or serving are adding to my weight, I have begun to think twice about them. It was also eye opening to realize how much exercise I had to do to work them off.

    Sparks does have a lot informative things.................. All kinds of reading........ health issues............... More then a lot of other places I've seen..... I find something new every day....... emoticon
