Day after mothers day, we went to ponca park, with Tanya mark and the kids, it was a almost perfect day. Hardly any wind, then to pizza hut, I need to start putting down everything I eat again, because I cant fit into my tommy jeans, and I need to keep getting over 10000, steps I did it for two days in a row again. I can do it!

    have you tried the shangra la diet it is where you drink a little extra light olive oil twice a day it really helps me with food cravings I just loss interest in eating I have no hunger pangs at all it is kinda weird huh cause I love food when I don't do it my cravings are horrible it is almost impossible to drive past a fast food place but if I take my oil I see them and just don't care if you had done oil you would have had maybe a slice of pizza and that might have been it. This is a diet you might research and consider BEST OF LUCK ...oldhippies

    Yah I always get the thin crust veggie pizza, lowest in calories. Then take the rest home and freeze. Good luck everyone. debbie

    Stick with it - Pizza hut as a special treat for Mothers' Day shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like you've met your weight goal - I've just begun my journey. It gives me encouragement to hear of people who have made it! Have a great day.
