Felt good to clock in 1,000 calories on my treadmill tonight!
Did my strength training and mowed the lawn earlier.
Noticed something which I *think* is progress of sorts:
After I finished my treadmill session I checked my heartrate for the first time in a while and it was between 108 - 112...VERY surprising as in the past it has run between 125 - 135 and even higher after using the treadmill. Doesn't this mean my body is getting more efficient / accustomed to the effort / exertion of my treadmill workout?
Appreciate any thoughts / insights folks might have on this.
And tomorrow....enough procrastinating! Planning to put together my Convention experiences for folks!
