It has been a great week! Today I finished week one of the sweatsuit to swimsuit bootcamp (my first bootcamp) and the first week of the C25K. Both have been challenging and easy at times. I am excited to get started on the second week. I stepped on the scale this morning and so far it appears I have dropped close to 7 pounds in the first week. I will find out tomorrow when I do my official weigh-in for the week.
