I had my surgery 1 1/2 months ago. I have already let myself get into old habits. THAT CHANGES TODAY!!! I will no longer let life's problems get me into a position where I feel that I have no control. I will no longer believe that I need to be put last on my own priority list. I will put my health first! I will do everything in my power to take care of this one and only body I have!
