For the record my previous doctor was and still is a COMPLETE idiot for suggesting that I should go on a LOW CARB diet. I always knew that low carb diets are NOT good for anyone diabetic or not. So of course I found another doctor who isn't a complete idiot as he was. I wonder how in the world did he graduated medical school with the knowledge of a chimpanzee. I promise that I will not give out retarded information to my patients when I become a doctor. Ok Moving on LOL.
I'm very focus on loosing weight the right way this time, because bottom line I don't wanna keep doing this for the next 20+ years. So I found a very help article on finding out the calories you need to take in order to loose weight. Now I would love to loose 80lbs in one week, but unfortunately that's not possible nor is it healthy. So my goal is to loose the max amount of weight in one week which is 2lbs (ok I may try to push it to 3lbs but that's it I swear LOL). So according to all of the calculations my calorie intake is 1622. So my range is 1372-1722. So maybe now I will feel better and have more energy throughout the day. I'll definitely update you with how this works out.
