Well, this week has not been as good as last. When my routine goes off schedule, everything suffers. I've only done one; today. It's better than nothing:
#27 50 minutes on the stair mill 41.7 steps per minute
plus lunges, dips, pushups, crunches.

Average gym membership workout costs $11.11.
I've decided that I want to workout half the days of the year. I'll have to figure out where I am and where I need to go...
