Training Run #7

Wednesday, May 06, 2009

Finally, no rain, well at least a break from the rain. My run was uneventful, I probably can push myself a bit more but I had a good run. The weather was ideal and I was not stressing about my time. Since I straightened myself out about the distances of my routes, I don't really think about it that much. Now if only Friday can be rain free for about 20 minutes, I will be all set for my second run of the week. I might have to get up extra early Friday morning and carry a hat with me but I might be able to fit it in. I really don't have a 2 mile route mapped out at work.

You must be getting the same weather I am, it has been raining off and on here for what seems like forever. I went for a walk/jog this afternoon when it wasn't raining and it started before I got back, I wanted to finish my plan and did but was pretty wet by the time I got home, should have worn a raincoat or took my bucket hat, didn't do either. Surely, we will get some sunshine and summer sometime??
