I've been working on my house instead of worrying about walking on the treadmill or doing an exercise video. It's working really well for me. Spending hours at a time gardening - digging, bending, hoeing, shoveling dirt, walking back to the house for something. Finishing the bathroom project that was started oh so long ago. At the end of the day, I stretch and first thing in the morning I stretch. The scale has started to move a little again. At the end of the day, I've used my body and know that I've had an excellent workout. And it was fun.
