I am sore after completing my Day One workout. I'm not sure if it was from the video or from the additional exercises - probably a combination of both. In addition to the 10 minute video, I did
30 crunches w/ twist
30 leg abductions
20 push-ups (modified)
superman hold (3 x 15 second) - which is much more difficult that it looks!!
So far so good. Day Two is tonight. Looks like alot of leg again - but that's okay, my thighs definately need it.
I'll have to dig deep for the motivation tonight. After work I have lots on my plate for the kids - I've got errands to run, then softball game, followed by flute lessons. I am not a fan of working out at 9pm.
