Started Coach Nicole's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp today.
I really need to re-jumpstart my nutrition intake and workout schedule. I've slacked off a lot these last couple months. No more excuses! There are always going to be something that gets in the way. Getting back to it and no better way than to be a part of this bootcamp.
Goals for bootcamp:
Get into a daily habbit again of exercise and eating right everyday!
Not so concerned about weight, but I want to trade some belly fat for leaner muscles! So So So want to lose the baby belly!!!
