I am starting the Sweatsuits to Swimsuits challenge team. The first official day is today, and I wanted to take the first bonus challenge by posting some of my starting stats.
Today, I weigh 167. My goal weight is 155.
I drink very little water - I intake a lot of caffeine through diet soda and black coffee. I need to drink 8 8oz glasses a day, at least, especially with this new workout regimen.
I need to find time to be active everyday. Instead of consumin alcoholic beverages, I will exercise.
These are my goals. I hope that this new team will help me meet a few of these goals. The only time I have seen actual results in my weight loss outside of guided sports training has been with SP. SP is a great tool - I just need to utilize it!
