It's a new month, so I've started a fresh routine. In addition to my new routine is the Sparkpeople Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp Challenge. It consists of 10 minute cardio/strength training videos to follow everyday and suggests 30 minutes of cardio (I believe 5 days a week). This fits perfect. I already have 30-60 minutes of cardio in my fitness plan and a 10 minute workout is perfect to get my metabolism kickin' first thing in the morning. I just finished the first video and got my heart rate up and sweat a bit. Also, that 10 minutes sure did fly by. My goal this month is to drop 2 pounds each week and to continue to get stronger and tone. My starting stats are:
Another goal I have is to figure out how to make my calves smaller. It is the only measurement that did not budge last month :( They are soooo huuuuge! I want to work them for definition, but I want them to shrink! HELP!
