Ok, so here we go, day one of bootcamp! As part of my first challenge I want to post my current stats.
Weight: 122.4 pounds
Bicep (left): 8.5"
Thigh (left): 17"
I'm hoping to lose my last 7-8 pounds and tone up. I have a hard time with follow through so I'm hoping I can finish what I start here. I haven't used resistance bands yet so I'm looking forward to adding to my exercise routine and having something new to mix it up.
