Bootcamp Begins!

Ok, so here we go, day one of bootcamp! As part of my first challenge I want to post my current stats.

Weight: 122.4 pounds
Waist: 28.5"
Hips: 33.75"
Bicep (left): 8.5"
Thigh (left): 17"

I'm hoping to lose my last 7-8 pounds and tone up. I have a hard time with follow through so I'm hoping I can finish what I start here. I haven't used resistance bands yet so I'm looking forward to adding to my exercise routine and having something new to mix it up.

    Good luck! I'm doing the bootcamp too so hopefully we'll both see benefits at month end! I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds this month!
