This is the month I am choosing to restart everything here. I have been quite slack and not really posting although I have still been doing some walking the rest of the program has been left behind.
The whole family is in it this time and I think this will really help. We are starting the couch to 5k program this week as well as weighing and doing our own personal "biggest loser". Not for the daughters who are quite trim but their challenge s to build a healthy habit system that follows them through life. Hopefully seeing us struggle with the consequences of not having done this will help to motivate them(hee hee hee).
Today we started with a fantastic walk in our local national park. Feeling good about it, will let you know how I feel in a few days as I can't take it more than a few days at a time. I nearly started from scratch with a whole new identity but that would not be very accountable so here I am weight back on (not quite all of it) and ready to go.

    I am glad you are back on track. You know I will be one of your biggest supporters. I have restarted a few times, but kept my name. Just redid weight, etc and started all over again.
    I have lost 30 lbs since Dec 1st(with a lot to still go) - without walking since the hip is still all screwed up. I know you can do it!!
