Sparkpeople has given me a concrete way to actually see and evaluate what I'm eating and the level of activity I'm maintaining every day and that makes a huge difference in motivating me to keep it up. Others may be able to see the results in a few weeks—and I think that’s great—but I feel healthier already and it's only been a little over a week since I joined. I didn't lose weight this first week, but my muscles are firming up and my clothes fit better. I’m sleeping better too! Natural stress-management at its best!
