Well I started my new job today and I think after the first day which is usually the slowest day I will have a very hard time sticking to my diet plan :( I worked from 8am-5pm with just enough time to scarf down an apple and an orange until I got home at 6:30pm when I was FAMISHED!!! I was good however and didn't completely pig out on my supper and I am still under my calorie limit. I am trying to figure out a way where I can keep my calorie intake fairly steady through the day. From the look of things too if we do stop for lunch it will be at a fast food resturant where we scoff down something else before heading out again.
On the upside I will be walking aloooot during work so I should be good for my cardio. Today I calculated that I walked for 2 complete hours in total!
