feeling discouraged

I had a day of bombed eating, no biggy, it happens. I won't let it get the best of me. NOw, I know that I haven't ate nearly enough calories to warrant a true "fat" weight gain. This morning I weiged out of curiosity and was up like 2 pounds. I am attributing this gain to the fact that I haven't been drinking enough water. And, my body isn't happy with my sleep situation. Blah blah blah, excuses excuses.

Anyhow, I feel a teetering spirit, but I refuse to let it take hold. I won't do it. I just won't, and can't.
