Eating for something???

It is very hard to determine or differentiate between eating because your body is craving something, as in my stomach is still hungry or eating because I am actually feeling ill and may be coming down with something. Great! Now is not the time to come down with anything with the doom/gloom of swine lurking in the background. It is amazing to have a great workout day (I absolutely loved Julie's 24Dance class this morning) and slowly watch the gains wither away. All is not completely lost. I took the dogs out for a walk this evening and vowed to drink plenty of water for the remainder of my hours. It was very hard but I actually posted on my nutrition tracker (ha! some nutrition) all the things that I ate. Ok, almost all of the things. I haven't figured out where the home made pseudo-nachos fit in. Damn I bet those were a lot of calories. I'm going for the weekly average, forget the daily stuff. That is still looking ok.
