I reached my goal today! I maintained 125 for quite a while in my twenties (after putting on the freshman 15 x 3 when I went to college) but had gained quite a bit after my kids were born. They are seven years old, and now I am the same weight I was on my 21st birthday!
Now for the tricky part--maintaining the lifestyle. I feel great when I eat well and exercise. I do a better job of eating well and exercising when I log everything--that is how I maintained years ago (before sparkpeople or blogs existed!) and I know it will work for me now. SPARK!
