I have been MIA from the online family of SP but have been diligent regarding food tracking and have been able to stay on track. Exercise, well, I'm doing a lot of stuff, but not too much "formal" exercise. Golf, walking, gardening, weeding etc. I feel the need to get back in a routine with some strength training and biking, just for the routine of it....but have been doing fairly well.
No weight gain, a little weight loss.
Work and family and friends have been very demanding lately, and the future doesn't look too much calmer.
So, I love you all, and am here in spirit and calorie tracking and water ;-)
Even if I'm not here in cyber space often enough.
