Well, I am half way to my goal weight!!! I am feeling better and definitely fitting better in my clothes. In fact, a lot of them are pretty loose! I just bought a couple pair of pants last week and now those are getting loose too!
I am really enjoying running, even though it is still a hard thing for me to do. I am feeling fitter and stronger every day. I run 3-4 days a week and do boot camp the other 3 days. It's been great and I really feel like I am in a good rhythm right now.
I know now, for me anyway, that this is something I am going to have to consistently work at. Once I "think" I have it conquered is when I start to have problems and return to old, bad habits.
