Well I was starting to yoyo with my weight agian, so I am finally back on track and starting the downward weigh lose trend agian. yey! I love BFL, it works for me, it's foods I like and eat and it's right in line with my exercise schedule. I'm only in the middle of my first week of the 12 week challenge and have already seen the scale coming down. Here's to being Hot, Happy and Healthy!!
