Body For Life Challenge

Well I was starting to yoyo with my weight agian, so I am finally back on track and starting the downward weigh lose trend agian. yey! I love BFL, it works for me, it's foods I like and eat and it's right in line with my exercise schedule. I'm only in the middle of my first week of the 12 week challenge and have already seen the scale coming down. Here's to being Hot, Happy and Healthy!!

    Hey there Veronica! I'm proud of you for starting BFL! My hat is off to you! I started a 12-week BFL at the last of September and then promptly left for month of traveling. I guess you can say that my BFL lasted all of just the first few days and then went zilch. Now I'm starting a new job (but first I'm wrapping up my old one), AND going on vacation again with friends. So... my BFL days will have to be on hold. But I'm doing pretty good with where I am for the moment weight-wise. I'll support you on your journey. Just blog about it and I'll be reading it! LOL
